Introduction

Welcome to Fan Squad Apps (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using any of the mobile applications or services we make available (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

All rights related to the Service and its content—including trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights—are owned by Fan Squad Apps or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Payments and Premium Access

Certain features of the Service may require a one-time payment. By completing a purchase, you agree to the pricing, access duration, and terms presented at the time of transaction.

All payments are processed through third-party platforms such as the Google Play Store. Fan Squad Apps does not collect or store sensitive payment information such as card or banking details. Any billing issues, transaction failures, or disputes must be resolved through the respective payment provider.

Purchases are tied to the Google account used at the time of transaction and are non-transferable. Access to premium features is linked to that account and cannot be shared, transferred, or reassigned to another account.

Users are responsible for ensuring that purchases are made using their primary Google account or the account they regularly use for subscriptions and app purchases. Fan Squad Apps is not responsible for issues arising from purchases made on incorrect or unintended accounts.

Payments are one-time and non-recurring. Upon successful payment, users are granted access to premium features (“Pro”) for a limited duration of approximately 2 to 4 months or until the official end of the relevant sports season, whichever occurs first. Access may expire at the end of the season even if the full duration has not elapsed.

Premium access includes benefits such as removal of standard in-app advertisements and access to additional features, as described at the time of purchase.

If a payment is declined, fails, or is not successfully completed, access to premium features may not be granted or may be restricted until the transaction is completed successfully.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their payment method is valid and authorized for transactions. Fan Squad Apps is not liable for issues arising from failed or declined payments.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or platform policies. Users are responsible for reviewing purchase details before completing any transaction.

Users must not attempt to bypass payment systems, exploit pricing errors, or use unauthorized payment methods. Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of access to the Service.

Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or disputes may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account and access to the Service without refund.

Fan Squad Apps reserves the right to modify pricing, access duration, or payment structures at any time for future transactions. Such changes will not affect previously completed purchases.

The Service may display third-party advertisements to support free access to certain features. By using the Service, you agree to the display of such advertisements.

Upon purchasing premium access (“Pro”), advertisements within the core app experience will be removed for the duration of the active access period.

Ad removal applies only to standard in-app advertisement placements. Fan Squad Apps does not guarantee the complete removal of all promotional or third-party content, including content embedded within external services, links, or informational sections of the Service.

Advertisements are served by third-party networks, and Fan Squad Apps does not control or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, or availability of such advertisements. Any interactions with advertisements or external services are solely between you and the respective third party.

There may be a short delay in reflecting ad removal after purchase due to technical or network factors. Such delays do not qualify for refunds, extensions, or compensation.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Code of Conduct

When using our Service, you agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Engage in any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to, match-fixing or insider trading.
Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

Intellectual Property

You are not allowed to copy or alter the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any manner. You must not try to extract the app's source code or produce derivative versions of the app.

Device Security and User Responsibility

Fan Squad Apps collects and manages the personal information you provide in order to enable core features. You remain responsible for maintaining the security of your device and login credentials. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your device or install custom operating systems, as this may weaken device security and could prevent Fan Squad Apps from functioning correctly.

Accuracy of Information and Limitation of Liability

The Service may display or provide access to information obtained from third-party sources. While we strive to ensure that content presented within the Service is current and reliable, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or continuous availability of any third-party data.

The Service may also include links or referrals to external websites or online services that are not owned or controlled by Fan Squad Apps. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content, policies, or practices. Accessing such external resources is done at your own discretion and risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fan Squad Apps is not liable for any loss, harm, or damage — whether direct or indirect — arising from your reliance on information provided through the Service or from your interaction with any third-party content or services.

App Updates and Termination

Fan Squad Apps may be updated from time to time to improve performance, enhance features, or address technical issues. The app is currently available on the Google Play Store, and the device and system requirements may change. You may need to install updates to continue using the Service.

While we aim to maintain ongoing compatibility and functionality, we do not guarantee that the app will remain supported or up to date on all future Android versions or devices. By using the Service, you agree to accept any updates when they are made available.

Fan Squad Apps may discontinue or suspend the Service, or any part of it, at any time without prior notice. Upon such termination, unless stated otherwise:
(a) the rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will end; and
(b) you must stop using the app and, if necessary, delete it from your device.

Data Storage

Fan Squad Apps stores personal information necessary for authentication and app functionality, including identifiers associated with third-party login providers. This data is securely managed using trusted service providers such as Firebase.

We do not process or store any sensitive personal information beyond what is required for the Service to operate. You agree that it is your responsibility to keep your login credentials secure and to request account removal if you no longer wish to use the Service.

Internet Connectivity and User Responsibility

Certain features of the Service require an active internet connection, which may be provided through Wi-Fi or your mobile network provider. Fan Squad Apps is not responsible for any loss of functionality due to lack of connectivity or if you have exceeded your data allowance.

If you use the app outside of a Wi-Fi network, your mobile provider’s terms and charges may apply. This may include data usage fees and additional third-party costs. By using the Service, you agree that you are responsible for any such charges, including roaming charges if you use the app outside your home country or region and have not disabled data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device, you must ensure that you have permission from the bill payer to use the app.

You are responsible for keeping your device charged and in working condition. Fan Squad Apps cannot be held liable if a drained battery or device failure prevents access to the Service.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns or disputes about the Service, you agree to first contact Fan Squad Apps with a clear description of the issue so we can attempt to resolve it informally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that it will be settled through binding arbitration, rather than court proceedings, to the extent permitted by law. The arbitration process will be conducted in a fair and reasonable manner, and any decision will be final and enforceable.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fan Squad Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Fan Squad Apps are an independent entertainment application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any professional sports organizations, leagues, teams, governing bodies, or athletes.

All real-world player names, team names, statistics, events, logos, and other referenced intellectual property are the property of their respective owners. Such content is used within the app strictly for informational and fair-use purposes only.

Fan Squad Apps does not claim any official partnership or representation of real-world sporting organizations or events, nor does it imply any form of sponsorship or approval by those entities.
